This Irish bride was exceptionally lovely on her wedding day

I don't do a lot of Irish weddings, but this family group was a lot of fun.  The Bride's brother lives and works in Grand Cayman and this was a good excuse for her and her South African fiance to plan a Caribbean beach wedding for their special day.

Family group for Irish wedding at Smith's Cove

This was a 4pm wedding, but it meant that the Cove was virtually deserted.  Getting married at this hour means you get strong light but the deep blue and turquoise colours of the water are very attractive in photographs.

This was a very fun, but elegant wedding on the beach at Smith's Cove

Some brides like this one, feel that an arch on the beach is very important to delineate the area where the ceremony is taking place.  You can also have conch shells filled with flowers to mark the aisle, or you can have coloured petals.  We have recently taking on a new supplier of wedding arches called "The Flower Dell"  You can find several of these with fresh flowers or silk flowers, on my Facebook page www.Facebook.com/SimplyWeddingsCayman.
