As promised here are some pictures of a large group wedding held at the Governor's Beach, which is part of Seven Mile Beach, and very popular for weddings. This is a good place for cruise weddings in the morning, because there is shade and it is normally not too busy during week days.
This couple from Tampa, Fl. traveling with a group of 25 were very organised, and everything went smoothly. We organised the travel for the group to the beach, while the Bride and Groom and their attendants got ready at our office.
Large group set-up at Governor's Beach, Grand Cayman
Not every group has chairs, but this group did. It does made it nicer for your guests, particularly if you have guests who are older, or who have mobility issues.
Saying their vows
Cutting the wedding cake
This was a 10" cake from Vivene's Cakes. You really don't want to be bothered with taking extra cake back on board the cruise ship, so we encourage you to tailor the size of the cake to the size of the group. This cake worked out well, and everybody who wanted a slice were able to have it with something to drink. We provide champagne for toasting as part of some packages, and sparkling grape juice is refreshing and very popular with beach weddings.
Great beach shot!
There are so many of these gorgeous beach shots that I am going to feature them on my other blog The Joy of Weddings
Whole group joins in the celebration
I really enjoyed getting to know this group, and the bride and groom were delightful. You can request the Governor's Beach, Seven Mile Beach for any of our Cayman Wedding or Wedding Vow Renewal packages.
